Sales
We give uniform quotation. During the quotation, salesmen should help customers know the model, function, usage situation, safety precautions and other introductions of the products, ensuring the customers to make a right decision before the signing of contact. After signing the contact, we would offer relevant products in time during the contact period, pursuant to the quotations and contact. If customers want to change the model of products before delivery, we would communicate and cooperate with them actively to satisfy customers’ rational demands. All products would deliver to the designated place of customers, according to the contact.  
After sales
Besides traditional 24-hour free advice hotline and product warranty, we offer more convenient and perfect on-line service. You can send emails to xagsdq@163.com to seek technical support freely from our professionals. We’ll contact customers in 24 hours and give relevant suggestions. We’ll constantly perfect our service to provide you with more rapid and convenient on-line services. We’ll pay return visits to customers to know your opinions and suggestions and improve the imperfections in order to serve our customers better. With the increasingly fierce competition, there is no obvious gap between technology and equipment. So we turn our focus on service. We make a difference and compete with our competitors through better service. Only by offering friendly service to satisfy customers’ potential demands, can we distance ourselves from our competitors, improve our service image, finally touch customers and realize the zero-distance contact with customers. We will follow the three guarantees strictly during the national warranty period. According to different products, we offer warranty period from 1 to 3 years. Maintain or exchange the spare parts freely during the warranty period. After the warranty period, during the first year, we will only charge the cost of spare parts. In the second year or after, we will charge according to the market price.
